Creating Sacred Connection: A Sisterhood Retreat
Friday, July 10th, 9:00 AM through
Saturday, July 11th, 4:00 PM
at Loyola Retreat House
700 Killinger Rd, Clinton, OH 44216
Two days away for an immersive, interactive, deeply human experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, awaken your feminine wisdom, and rise alongside other women in authentic connection.
Rooted in softness. Rising in power.

Two days to rest, restore, recharge and resurrect.
We welcome women of all life's paths and beliefs.

You desire to reconnect with your Divine Value—not by being the “good girl,”
but by honoring and expressing your authentic voice.
You’re ready to release old conditioning that has limited your confidence and
the power of your true self.
You are open to seeing beyond appearances and recognizing the Divine Light
within yourself and others.
You believe in the power of women coming together to heal, to unify,
and to co-create a more connected and compassionate world.
You’ve been longing for a stronger sense of community
to feel truly seen, supported, and nurtured by like-minded women.

Rev. Susanna Goulder brings a passionate fire to her work as a Gestalt-trained life purpose coach, higher consciousness speaker, and ordained minister. She has guided countless women to get in touch with and embrace their authentic, powerful selves. Rooted in a deep "yes" to Spirit, Susanna holds the unwavering belief that we are at the dawn of a great shift in consciousness, and the Divine Feminine will lead the way.

Barbara Bellamy has been on a lifelong journey seeking spiritual Truth. She is a pianist/singer/songwriter, creator of Singing Retreats, teach and inspirational speaker. She loves sharing the wisdom and clarity found in the writings of early female New Thought pioneers, and wants to help women connect with their history, their hearts and their authentic voices.

Rev. Kathy Baker has a rare gift: she'll make you laugh, then make you think, then make you feel completely understood. An ordained Interfaith minister, speaker and writer, she delivers the Sunday message at Unity Chapel of Light regularly and leads their Sisters in Spirit women's group where deep questions spark empowerment and clarity.

Chris Gilley lives and breaths Unity principles, bringing them to life as leader of the High Watch ministry, a longtime Course in Miracles teacher and expressive reader of the Daily Word. She offers monthly meditations, holds a Reiki Master certification, and channels her creativity into a thriving pollinator sanctuary garden that celebrates every plant and species.

Tiffany Stoker is an off-Broadway and touring performer, a film set designer and a short film director. She also leads "deep singing" retreats and circles from Washington State to New York City. She honors the women who have lived before her, through service and living life in all its fullness. Above all, her calling is reminding other women of their power and their voice.

How do I register to attend the retreat?
Signing up is easy-peasy! You can register online at Unity Chapel of Light using a credit card. Good news: there’s no processing fee — though the processing company will ask for a donation but you aren’t required to pay it. Prefer pen and paper? Printed registration forms are available at the church. Simply make your check payable to “Unity Chapel of Light” and drop it in the mailbox on the office door.
Where will the retreat be held?
We’ll be gathering at the beautiful Loyola Retreat House — a peaceful setting perfect for relaxing, restoring, and reconnecting.

Is there anything I need to bring for the retreat sessions?
Just a few essentials: a journal, a pen, and your favorite reusable water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported — like a pillow or shawl. Bring an open heart, too — we’ll take care of the rest!
What time should I arrive and depart?
Please arrive Friday beginning at 9:00 a.m. so everyone has time to check in and settle before our Opening begins promptly at 11:00 a.m. Feel free to pull up to the front entrance to unload your bags before parking your car. We can’t wait to welcome you!
What is the deadline for registration?
Be sure to reserve your spot by June 30 — before the sisterhood circle closes!
What is the cancellation policy?
Full payment is required at registration, and cancellations made by June 25 will receive a full refund. After June 30, refunds are no longer available, but your reservation is transferable if you find someone to take your spot.
Who can I invite to the retreat?
Anyone who feels called to connect in a supportive, heart-centered sisterhood space is welcome. Whether it’s a close friend, sister, coworker, or someone new to this kind of experience, all are invited to come as they are. Women of all backgrounds, experiences, and life paths are welcome here.
Do the meals include options for vegan, vegetarian, or gluten free diets?
Absolutely! Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options will be available. Please also let us know about any food allergies or dietary needs so we can make sure everyone is well cared for.
If I want to share a room but don’t have someone in mind to share with, will you match me with someone?
Yes! We’ll thoughtfully assign rooms before the retreat, so if you’d like a roommate, we’ll help pair you with a wonderful retreat guest.
*Roommate note: If you have special sleep preferences or needs, please let us know ahead of time so we can help create the best roommate match possible.
