Consider a Bequest     

From time to time we are asked the question,

       "How can I remember the church in my will?”          

This question is not easily answered since each individual’s estate plans differ due to the size of the estate and the donor’s intention and tax and legal issues. A Residual Bequest

A Contingent Bequest
