Right now everyone's talking about the book and movie, The Secret, that promises to help you achieve happiness and realize your dreams through use of the positive thinking among other things. Many people will benefit from this knowledge, however they seem to have missed a vital link in the process, which means that it will only work for some but not all. In this presentation, we explored the ancient Hawaiian religion known as Huna, which means "secret." Huna has that vital link for success and we will discuss the absolute necessity of it during the presentation.

We followed the migration of the ancient peoples from the Nile to modern day Hawaii, where their religious beliefs were kept intact for thousands of years without being tainted by other religions. This belief system is more of a sophisticated psychology than a religion and focuses on the existence of the three selves, the low self or sub conscious, the middle self or conscious, and the high self or super conscious. With this initial introduction to Huna, you will be given the secret to having your prayers answered and will walk away with a new understanding of yourself and the world, as well as gaining a new perspective of religious ceremonial rights.

We talked about the kahunas of old Hawaii and the extent of the power they held to heal the sick, change the future, and control the weather. You will be introduced to a modern day Hawaiian musical legend (in spirit) and learn why practicing Huna is known as living the hurt free and helpful life. Many correlations to other cultures' beliefs will come to mind and you will see why the kahunas said "all knowledge is not learned in one school." So please, "hele mai luana!!"......come and enjoy!

Ann Polivchak is a housewife from Strongsville who once lived in Hawaii for 5 years. During her time spent there, she submerged herself into the Hawaiian culture and met several spiritual Hawaiians who introduced her to their ancient religion. After leaving Hawaii, she returned to Cleveland, got married, forgot about Huna and was busy raising her children. Then one day, one of her former Hawaiian friends who had since passed away, contacted her through a song and urged her to reconnect not only to him, but to Huna. Since then, Ann has been hunting down all the books written on Huna, studying the concepts, and putting them into action. She feels that it's a truly profound discovery whose time has come to be mainstream.

Holographic Repatterning is a process you can do on yourself and others to create a higher state of "coherence" (a higher state of energy, harmony and success) in all areas of your life. This makes it easer for you to create positive changes in any area of life where you experience limitation. In her presentation, Joanne Heinz will tell you how she came upon this energy technique, why she is so excited about it, and will actually conduct a session using Holographic Repatterning and then open for discussion.

The Developer of Holographic Repatterning, Chloe Faith Wordsworth, synthesized this new and dynamic system of self-healing by applying her training in Acupuncture, Polarity Therapy, Brain Integration and other energy healing systems along with her knowledge of psychology, physics, holograms and sound frequencies.

OMS presenter, Joanne Heinz, for thirty plus years, has studied and put into practice in her own life, Reiki, Touch for Health, Polarity Therapy, Herbs, Iridology, Colonics, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Tuning Forks, The Silva Method and the channelings of Abraham. Barb discussed two different ways to help you connect with spirit. According to Barb: "Your readings are as accurate as your connection with spirit."

In her talk, Barb, a seasoned intuitive and shamanic practitioner, told of the process of her very first conscious encounter with spirit and how that impacted her journey. She addressed how to work with angels and spirit guides, the importance of intention, and how The Tarot really works and makes you more intuitive/psychic.

Handouts will be given of affirmations that have been helpful to help people make that
all important connection with spirit.

Barb Chatman has been doing Tarot readings for 15 years. Many of her clients are from other parts of the country where, of course, the readings are done by phone. Over the years she has observed people buying a Tarot card book hoping to learn how to read Tarot cards. Very few people were successful since there would be a whole page of info on every card. This prompted her to design her "Practical Tarot Card Reading". This is a very simple method of giving every card a one sentence meaning. But it works!! People get it and come out successfully reading Tarot.

Barb is also a Shamanic Practitioner-a healer who adjusts your energy according to practices prescribed by Native Americans and indigenous people. She has been recognized for her talents in Light Body Healing and the ancient art of Soul Retrieval. Serpent Mound, Newark, Portsmouth, and more; the works of The Mound Builders are as powerful and as important as any sacred site in the world.

What do their shapes and sacred geometry mean? How do they connect to the Star Children? Who built them, and are they still among us? Join longtime lecturer and personality, Ken Harsh as he shares insights from North American and particularly the Ohio Mound Builders.

Ken showed pictures of various types of mounds and discussed their distribution and significance in North America. He connected them to Atlantis and Lemuria, to the balancing of energies here on Earth, and will give tips on how you can work with them. Each ancient Earthwork is different; from mounds 5,000 plus years old in Louisiana to hundreds of years old in Iowa, or from large to small, join Ken on a magical mound carpet ride. Ken has visited many mounds near and far, leads tours to them, wrote a book on the subject, and has extensively researched them for many years. They are one of his real passions as he helped build them in former lives, and still feels a keen connection to them.

During times of extreme stress or trauma, a piece of one's soul may fragment (break away) for self preservation. As one continues to lose soul parts over the years, one becomes less "present". The ancient healing  art of soul retrieval helps retrieve the parts of one's vital essence which have been lost to trauma, illness, pain and much more. After a soul retrieval one usually feels more whole and alive and better able to make good decisions. Lost or blocked memories often return with the missing parts along with all their benefits. A soul retrieval unblocks stuck energy, allowing one to progress in life, relationships and career. In cases of severe trauma a client may need the assistance of a personal counselor/therapist to help smoothly integrate the newly returned soul parts.
Light Body Healing
During her presentation Barb will also explain the ancient healing art of light body healing which has been handed down through practitioners for literally thousands of years. She will  talk about the energy field and its set patterns or grids. When one has a disease pattern removed, one can return to health and prevent the disease from returning.
